When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday-Thursday will generally ship within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.  We do not ship on holidays or weekends.  Our shop is closed Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.  Any emails or orders will be responded in the order they are received the following business day.

I bought two handmade items and one looks different than the other.  Is my item damaged?

Please note that handmade items such as jewelry and handbags will have irregularities.  No two items will look exactly the same.  These should not be taken as defects.  If you should have any questions or concerns with any items please contact us ASAP at Customerservice@shopleelees.com we are more than happy to assist you!

I am local, can I pick up my order?

Absolutely!  We love our local shoppers!  Please enter the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to waive your shipping fees.  Please note that you will have seven (7) days to pick up your order from the date of purchase.  If you do not pick up your order in that time frame you will be invoiced for shipping fees.  Items can be picked up Wednesday and Friday's from 3PM-8PM
In the case of inclement weather, items will be brought inside.  You will be notified for alternative arrangements.

USPS tracking shows my package as delivered but I don't have it.

Oh man!  There is nothing more disappointing than this!  Unfortunately Lee Lee's Boutique cannot be responsible for any lost of stolen packages.  Please be sure to double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address, we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product you purchased. We suggest you contact your local USPS to initiate a missing parcel claim.

I need an item ASAP!  Is there anyway to upgrade shipping?

Absolutely!  Contact us at Customerservice@shopleelees.com and we can arrange an expedited shipping option for you.  Customers will be responsible for the additional shipping fees related to this service.  

I can't find a general size chart?  Is there one?

Lee Lee's Boutique carries a wide assortment of clothing and accessories from a multitude of vendors.  Each vendor will vary a bit in terms of sizing.  Some items run larger, some smaller.  Be sure to read the general description listed with each item.  I will ALWAYS let you know if an item is true to size, running larger or running smaller than normal!

I just purchased an item off your Facebook Live Sale.  I then stopped by your website and picked up a few website exclusive items, can you combine my invoice?

Thanks for checking out our periodic live sales!  Unfortunately at this time there is no way for us to combine invoices.  However, if your online order has not shipped yet we'd be more than happy to waive your shipping fee's for your live sale items!  Be sure to contact us ASAP at Customerservice@shopleelees.com and let us know!
