Lee Lee's Return Policy
You have seven (7) days from the date your merchandise is delivered to you to return your full priced item for a full refund. Any returns received after this period will be issued a store credit only.
No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days. If you were authorized a return and we do not receive your return within this time period you will be contacted and invoiced for the shipping charges to return your item to you. If you choose to not do so, your items will be donated.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
PRESALES: Items purchased via presale are typically made to order items. Therefore, presale items are non-refundable. If you have any issues with an item that was purchased via presale you may contact us within seven (7) days from the date your merchandise is delivered to you for a store credit only.
Tech items are final sale items. Tech items include but are not limited to earpods, chargers, watches, etc. Please feel free to contact us and we will attempt to troubleshoot technical issues. However, once a tech item is opened it is considered used and non-resellable. As a result we are unable to accept returns for any tech items.
Due to hygiene reasons all accessories including hats, headbands, hair accessories, jewelry, home decor, intimates, bralettes, leggings, athleisurewear, swimwear and glasses are final sale only. With this in mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! You can always contact us for further clarification if an item description does not answer your questions.
All returns must be in new, unaltered and unused conditions (IE: no deodorant markings, make-up, miscellaneous staining, odd smells and animal hair).
Tags must be attached
(items with tags removed but included with your return are NOT considered attached and will be denied a refund).
If you return an item and it's not in resellable condition, you will be contacted and invoiced for shipping to return the item(s) to you. If you choose to not do so, your items will be donated.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns.
Due to the high turn over of products, we do not accept exchanges at this time. You may return your item and use your store credit to purchase the correct size should we have it in stock though!
We reserve the right to decline any return if it does not meet the aforementioned qualifications. Your item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
To initiate a return please contact us at Customerservice@shopleelees.com In your email include your full name, order number and reason for return. You will be contacted for a return authorization.
All sale/discounted items are final.
Refunds will not be issued for any items purchased on sale.
