Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

  • High-volume periods may result in slight delays.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (Mainland & Northern Ireland)

  • International shipping may be available depending on product type. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during checkout.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is calculated after dispatch.

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • handling time 1-3 mon-fri
  • transit time : 5-8 mon-fri
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

International:

  • Standard International: 5–14 business days, depending on destination

  • Some orders may experience customs delays which are outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Customer location

  • Order weight/size

  • Selected shipping method

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. Order Tracking

  • Most UK and international orders include tracking.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once the order has shipped.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us at Support@shopleelees.com.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Shopleelees is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • Contact us within 48 hours at Support@shopleelees.com with photos
    We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
